If your sales team closes deals in Salesforce, someone then has to key those same deals into e-automate as sales orders. This is duplicated effort, and another chance for orders to be delayed or entered wrongly. ID209 removes that step. Every 10 minutes it picks up your equipment deals from Salesforce and adds them to the CEOJuice middleware tables used by ID634, which then reviews the data and creates the Sales Order in e-automate automatically.

IMPORTANT: ID634 is mandatory. You must subscribe to ID634 and fill in its variables, or deals pulled from Salesforce will not be processed into e-automate.
