Pricing is based on the number of eAutomate licenses your company holds. Full pricing overview here.

What happens next

If you're on ECI's cloud hosting

Submit the ECI access form. ECI requires this authorization form to grant us access to your server. Download it, complete it, and email it back — we'll forward it to ECI.
Make a DNS change. ECI will ask you to make a DNS change to enable Sendgrid for email sending. We'll guide you through this.
Share your static IP address. To run Power BI reports you'll need to provide your company's public static IP. While on your office network, Google "What's my IP address" and send us the result.
Database testing. Once access is set up, we'll run checks on your eAutomate database to identify any common issues.
Getting Started meeting. We'll review the test results together and agree which processes to focus on first. Your first invoice comes after this meeting.

If you're running eAutomate on-premise:

We'll need to install our software on a server at your site. Check your server meets our requirements:
- Windows Server 2012 or higher
- SQL Server 2012 or higher
- 16GB RAM (32GB recommended if using Power BI)
- 4-core CPU
- 60GB available disk space
Ideally this would be a dedicated virtual server. A Remote Tech server works well, or the eAutomate server itself if that's what's available. Full IT requirements here.
Set Up LogMeIn access (recommended): If you can grant us LogMeIn access with two-factor authentication, we can often handle installation without needing a scheduled meeting. Download LogMeIn here (it will install pre-configured to our account). There's also a checklist to complete covering the access details we need.
If LogMeIn isn't possible, we'll book a 2-hour online installation session. More details here.
Installation. We install our software on your chosen server.
