The Equipment Install survey (ID312) requires a manual update to the Contacts record in e-Automate, the survey is triggered once a category is added to the contact of the person who is to receive the survey. This alert ID630 is designed to remind you that a sale may be finished/completed and that customer is ready to receive the follow up Equipment Install survey, based on what you tell us is a completed sale. For example it may be 10 days after an Equipment Order is invoiced, or 5 days after the delivery service call is invoiced. This daily alert will have the details of the customer and sale, for you to determine if you should trigger the survey.
