The Equipment Install survey (ID312) requires a manual update to the Contact's record in e-automate. The survey is triggered once a category is added to the contact record of the person who is to receive the survey. This alert (ID630) is designed to remind you that a sale may be finished/completed and that it is time to send a survey to the customer. You can base this on either a fulfilled sales order, or an invoiced service call. For example, it may be 10 days after an equipment order is fulfilled, or 5 days after the delivery service call is invoiced. This alert runs in the morning and will have the details of the customer and sale for you to determine if you should trigger the survey.
