Xerox API Integration

This process integrates with the Xerox API and is required for any other CEO Juice process which will leverage Xerox data. See Related Processes tab for integrations available. We have meters tested & ready and need a beta testers for sales orders. Predictive data after that.

In the past dealers would try to standardize on a single DCA, but now more models come with embedded DCAs and remote fixes via the manufacturer’s DCA can completely avoid calls. Plus network security is a high priority and predictive data is getting better. We also have great reporting now around non-managed devices and some DCAs charge for that. If you have concerns you can ask us to hide customer data in the DCA from your manufacturer.
