Power BI to visualize workflows in place for ID815/IFTT.

e-automate Workflows can do a lot of work for you automatically — creating calls, changing order statuses, placing and releasing holds, notifying staff. The trouble is that once you have more than a couple, nobody can remember what's actually set up. The configuration sits deep in e-automate's setup screens, split across triggers, steps and event actions, and stored as internal ID numbers rather than names. When e-automate does something unexpected, working out which workflow caused it can take hours.

ID907 reads your workflow configuration and lays it out in an interactive Power BI report, with every ID code translated into the name you'd actually recognise. You can see every workflow, what fires it and what it does, and trace the connection in either direction — click an action to see which triggers call it, or click a trigger to see everything it sets off. Useful whether you're auditing automation that's built up over the years, troubleshooting something odd, or explaining how it all hangs together to someone new.
